Shift Details:

• Estimated Start Date: February 1, 2027
• Requested Date of Coverage and Schedule: ASAP – August 2027
• Schedule Details: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, plus call
• Call Details: Beeper/Phone call (minimal). The provider will get called back roughly 60% of the time on call, averaging 2 hours per on-call shift.
• Certifications Needed: ACLS, BLS
• Experience Needed: 2 years minimum
• Patient Population: 100% adult.
• Patient Volume: Clinic averages 14 patients per half day.
• Practice Setting: Clinic, Inpatient/Hospital-Based (Trauma Level 3)
• Duties: 80% Inpatient, 20% Outpatient (for locum coverage). Hospital rounding and cath lab coverage with minimal on-call.
• EMR: Epic

Licensing and Privileging:

• License: An active Ohio state license is required.
• Willing to License: No
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: 60 days
