Shift Details

• Estimated Start Date: January 4, 2027 (Ongoing)
• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call (Clinic and Call)
• Coverage Needed: 1 week per month (Scheduled week is variable; 7 days inpatient)
• Shift Details: Tuesday 7:00 AM – Tuesday 7:00 AM schedule. Scheduled clinical hours are 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM with night call. Overtime applies after 12 hours worked per day.
• Call Details: Weeknight beeper call (20-minute response time) for both assigned and unassigned patients. Night call will be for phone consults only; the provider will not be called back in.
• Number of Shifts Needed per Month: 1 week
• Experience: Heart failure experience or experience as a CICU Nurse is required.
• Certifications Needed: ACLS;BLS;DEA Controlled Substance Registration Certificate
• Patient Population/Case Load: 11-15 patients per shift
• Case Mix: Inpatient and Outpatient (Stroke Certified)
• Duties: Advanced Heart Failure Cardiology NP duties. No admissions required.
• Support Staff: 12 RNs, 3 PA/NPs, 3 MAs, and 7 Office Staff.
• Supervision: No APP or resident/teaching supervision required.
• EMR: Epic

Licensing and Privileging

• License: An active Washington state license or an IMLC membership is required.
• Willing to License: No
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: 30 days
