Shift Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift Details: November 21 at 8:00 AM – November 23 at 8:00 AM (24-hour call).
• Call Details: Averages 2-6 hours of callback per day.
• Patient Volume: Averages 20 patients per day in the clinic.
• Practice Setting: Acute Care Hospital (Trauma Level Adult IV)
• Required Procedures: Ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, and flexible cystoscopy. (Disposable flexible cystoscopes are available).
• Preferred Procedures: TRUS biopsy and in-clinic vasectomy. (Infant circumcision outpatient is not required).
• Surgeries/Equipment: 3-4 surgeries in the OR per week. Robotics are available but not required.
• Support Staff: 2 permanent physicians, 1 PA, and MAs assigned.
• Certifications Needed: Covid-19 Immunization;DEA controlled Substance Registration Certificate;Flu – Influenza

We are seeking a qualified Urology Physician for a locum tenens position in Arizona.
