Shift Details:

• Estimated Start Date: January 1, 2027
• Requested Date of Coverage and Schedule: Start ASAP (Ongoing)
• Schedule Details: In-house coverage from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday through Thursday
• Call Details: Beeper call for both assigned and unassigned patients with a 15-minute response time required. Call ratio is every week with a 25% call back rate. (Averages 0-25 phone consults per 24 hours).
• Patient Population/Case Load: Adult patients only, 10 patients per shift
• Case Mix: Outpatient, Inpatient (Stroke Certified)
• Certifications Needed: ACLS, BLS
• Years Needed: 1
• Duties: Rounding on both assigned and unassigned patients. (No admissions required).
• Support Staff: 1 RN, 4 PA/NPs, 1 MA, and 3 Office Staff.
• Supervision: No APP or resident/teaching supervision required.

• License: An active Florida state license or an IMLC membership is required.

• Estimated Privileging Timeline: 60 days
