Shift Details

• Estimated Start Date: February 1, 2027 (Upon Credentialing, estimated 3-4 months)
• Requested Date of Coverage and Schedule:
  • Start Date: February 1, 2027
  • Contract Length: 26 weeks
• Coverage Type: Scheduled + No Call
• Coverage Needs: Open to different amounts of availability (part-timers welcome)
• Schedule Details: 5 days a week, 8-hour day shifts (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). There is some flexibility to do 12-hour shifts depending on the assigned clinic location, but no option for 4x10s.
• Patient Population/Case Load: Averages 18 patients seen per day
• Case Mix: Outpatient Clinic
• Certificates Needed: ACLS;BLS;DEA controlled Substance Registration Certificate;NPDB Report
• Experience Needed: 2
• Language Requirement: Must speak Spanish, or ideally at least medical Spanish.
• Support Staff: Robust support staff including Medical Assistants, RNs, and LVNs in all locations. Behavioral Health is on-site with multiple resources at each site.
