- Case Mix: 80% outpatient, 20% inpatient
- Certifications: ACLS;DEA controlled Substance Registration Certificate;NPDB Report
- Years of Experience Needed: 2

- License: An active Ohio state license or an IMLC membership is required.

Practice details

- Shift pattern: 24 Hour Call;Day + Night Call
- Setting: Mon-Friday 8a-5p + night call AND weekend call-1:4 call coverage

- - Practice Setting: Clinic, Outpatient/Hospital-Based (Community based position; 80% outpatient, 20% inpatient)
Call
- Call Requirements: Night call and weekend call required (1:4 call coverage). Call type is beeper/phone call.
