Shift Details:

• Schedule Details:
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (0800-1600)
• Call Schedule: 1 weekend every 5 weeks
  • Friday 08:00-23:59
  • Saturday 00:00-23:59
  • Sunday 00:00-23:59
  • Monday 00:00-08:00
• Call Details: Beeper call for both inpatient and outpatient with a 30-minute response time required.
• Call Volume: Averages 1-3 phone consults, 1-4 patients seen, and 0-2 admissions per 24 hours (variable callback percentage)
• Patient Volume: 20 patients per shift with a minimum of 2 consults per day.
• Practice Setting: Telehealth, Outpatient, and Inpatient (Stroke Certified)
• Duties: Rounding required on both inpatient and outpatient settings, and admissions are required.
• Support Staff: 1 RN, 1 MA, 1 PA/NP, and 1 Office Staff.
• Supervision: Provider will be required to supervise Advance Practice Providers (No resident or teaching supervision required).

• License: An active Wisconsin state license or an IMLC membership is required.
• Willing to License: No
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: 90 days
