• Schedule Details: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Call Details: Optional On Call (24-hour call includes 2 hours gratis)
• Coverage Type: Scheduled + Optional On Call (24-hour call includes 2 hours gratis)
• Certifications Needed: DEA Controlled Substance Registration Certificate
• Years of Experience Needed: 1
• Patient Volume: Approximately 24 - 28 patients (mix of cysto/stent procedures and office visits)
• Patient Population: Adults (18+), with the exception of emergency torsions presenting during call.
• Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital (Trauma Levels I, II, III, IV) and Clinic
• Practice Setting: Clinic or Hospital
• Required Procedures: Robotic surgery, Vasectomy, Cystoscopy (in OR), Prostate procedures, Ureteroscopy (in OR), Lithotripsy, and Orchiopexy.
• Optional/Rare Procedures: Scopes (not required), Vasectomy reversal (not mandatory), Penile implants (rare), and Circumcision (rarely requested if OB needs support during call).
• Facility Details: 16 total operating rooms between the hospital and surgery center
• Support Staff: Clinic staff includes 4 MAs, 1 CSA, and 1 RN. Supervision of new NP/PAs is required.
• Equipment Available: Cystoscope and Towers (Injections).
• EMR: Epic

• License: An active Pennsylvania state license or an IMLC membership is required.

• Estimated Privileging Timeline: 90 days
