Shift Details:

• Estimated Start Date: March 1, 2027
• Position Type: Full-time hospital-employed position (Clinic Only)
• Schedule Details: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Fridays typically 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM). Schedules can be flexible as long as contractual hour obligations are met.
• Number of Shifts Needed per Month: Full-time hospital-employed position (Clinic Only)
• Certifications: COVID-19 Immunization, BLS (Required), ACLS (Required if requesting conscious sedation privileges).
• Experience: None required (3 years preferred).
• Procedure Volume: Averages 20 - 30 procedures per week.
• Duties: 100% outpatient clinic with dedicated block time in the outpatient surgery department. Order entry is expected to be completed by the provider.
• Team Structure: Join a team of 2 Physicians working collaboratively with 27 providers at the Reid Comprehensive Bone & Joint Center.
• EMR in Use: Epic
• Trauma Level: 3

Licensing and Privileging:

• License: An active Indiana state license or an IMLC membership is required.
• Willing to License: Yes
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: 60 days
