• Team Structure: Join a team consisting of 1 DO and 1 NP in a Rural Health Center setting.
• Case Mix: Outpatient
• Trauma Level: Level 3
• EMR in Use: Epic

Licensing and Privileging:

• License: An active Indiana state license or an IMLC membership is required.
• Willing to License: Yes
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: 60 days
