Shift Details:

• Schedule Details: Office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Provider schedule will vary).
• Certifications: BLS required for all specialties (ACLS required if requesting conscious sedation privileges).
• Patient Population/Case Load: Outpatient
• Team Structure: Join an established Primary & Specialty Care Services practice with 3 Nurse Practitioners, MAs, an office assistant, and a manager.
• Duties: Provide exceptional patient experiences and high-quality care.
• Trauma Level: Level 3
• EMR in Use: Epic

Licensing and Privileging:

• Willing to License: Yes
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: 60 days
