- Team Structure: Join a Pediatric & Internal Medicine team consisting of 4 physicians, 2 NPs, and support staff (LPNs, OAs, MAs, and lab staff).
- Duties: Provide and manage direct patient care, perform physical examinations and tests, obtain medical history and documentation, and instruct patients regarding diagnosis, medications, and treatment.
- Case Mix: Outpatient
- Trauma Level: Level 3
- EMR System: Epic
Licensing and Privileging
- License: An active Indiana state or an IMLC membership is required.
- Willing to License: Yes
- Estimated Privileging Timeline: 60 days
