• Number of Shifts Needed per Month: Full-time preferred, but 1-2 weeks per month (0.5 FTE) and other offers will be considered
• Procedures: General Surgery (Adult)
• Certifications Needed: Board Certified in General Surgery, ACLS; CV; DEA Controlled Substance Registration Certificate
• Patient Population/Case Load: 12 Adult Patients per Shift
• Case Mix: Outpatient (Breast Surgery Center)
• EMR in Use: Epic
• Additional Details: Fellowship: Preferred in surgical oncology or breast

Licensing and Privileging:

• License: An active Washington State license or an IMLC membership is required.
• Willing to License: No
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: 90 days
