Shift Details

• Estimated Start Date: February 1, 2027
• Requested Date of Coverage and Schedule: Starting February 2026, consistent 2 weeks/month
• Schedule Details: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch). Shared call nights and weekends.
• Number of Shifts Needed per Month: 2 weeks
• Procedures: Radiation oncology services available on-site. Bone marrow biopsies preferred (procedures can be completed on-site)
• Certifications Needed: ACLS; ATLS; BLS
• Patient Population/Case Load: Approximately 15 patients per shift
• Case Mix: Community-based Cancer Center, Inpatient and Outpatient
• Trauma Level: Level 3
• Additional Details:
  • Providers will consult both ambulatory and hospital patients
  • Team consists of 2 MDs and 3 NPs
  • Facility includes 18 chemo infusion chairs and 2 non-chemo infusion chairs

• License: An active Wisconsin state license is required.

• Estimated Privileging Timeline: 60 days
