Shift Details:

• Schedule Details: Approximately 3 24-hour call shifts per week, any 7 days of the week. Clinic days also needed (roughly 2-3 8-hour days/week) if desired.
• Procedures: Inpatient rounding and any procedural work needed that comes through the ER. Bread and butter urology.
• Certifications Needed: Board Certified in Urology, DEA Controlled Substance Registration Certificate
• Years of Experience Needed: 2
• Case Mix: Urologist needed for inpatient rounding and procedural work
• Trauma Level: Acute Care Hospital
• EMR: Epic

Additional Information:

• License: An active Illinois state license or an IMLC membership is required.
• Willing to License: No
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: 90 days
