Shift Details:

• Estimated Start Date: 12/1/2026
• Requested Date of Coverage and Schedule: Nov or Dec start based on credentialing timeline. This is a long term opportunity
• Schedule Details: Approx. 18 hours per week (Can be negotiated). Can be hybrid system (in person and remote [no remote only]).
• Procedures: Performs needed psychiatric assessments, and provides ongoing medication management services for referred developmentally disabled patients with mental health disorders.
• Certifications Needed: Covid-19 Immunization; Flu – Influenza
• Patient Population/Case Load: Adults only.
• Case Mix: Ability to perform specialized psychiatric/medical services in general psychiatry, evaluate and prescribe medication, (including controlled substances) and other treatments.
  • Most common are Anxiety Disorder, Intermittent explosive disorder, Depression, disruptive mood disorder, some OCD, some schizoaffective disorder, and some bipolar are the most common.
• EMR: EMR used is Avatar NX.
