Shift Details

• Estimated Start Date: January 1, 2027
• Requested Date of Coverage and Schedule: ASAP - Ongoing
• Flexible Start Date: Between January and April 2027 (April is the latest start date accepted)
• Schedule Details: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with a 1-hour unpaid lunch midday. No Call.
• Number of Shifts Needed per Month: 3 weeks per month
• Patient Population/Case Load: 16 patients per shift; must be comfortable seeing both adult and pediatric patients
• Case Mix: Outpatient Clinic (with a Telehealth / Virtual component)
• Additional Details:
  • This is a long-term need. The facility will strictly only consider candidates willing to commit to a minimum of 6+ months.
  • The role involves conducting virtual/TCON visits for regional Minnesota (MN) clinics, in addition to standard in-person duties.

Licensing and Privileging

• License: An active North Dakota and Minnesota state license is required.
  • Both North Dakota (ND) and Minnesota (MN) state medical licenses are required due to the cross-border telehealth coverage.
• Willing to License: Yes
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: 45 days
