• EMR in Use: Epic
• Day to Day Details: No call, unless interested in doing both clinic and filling part of the 24 hour call need also posted

Licensing and Privileging:

• License: An active Illinois state license or an IMLC membership is required.
• Willing to License: Yes
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: 90 days
