Shift Details:

• Estimated Start Date: January 4, 2027
• Schedule Details: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (1-hour lunch)
• Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: coverage for 6 weeks each month.
• Procedures: Ureteroscopies
• Certifications Needed: DEA Controlled Substance Registration Certificate
• Years of Experience Needed: 3
• Patient Population/Case Load: Minimum 14 patients per day, 30-minute new patient visits, 15-minute post-ops, no pediatrics
• Skills Required: General Urology
• Practice Setting: Clinic (occasionally daytime hospital call to see a consult while in clinic), OR, Call
• Support Staff: 3 Medical assistants, 1 LPN, surgical scheduler, 3 front office staff, practice manager
• Department Description: Urology office with newer renovation. 9 exam rooms and 3 procedure rooms. Long tenured staff. When covering hospital daytime call it is rounding, consults, Or and occasionally adding on to clinic but no templated time for clinic.

Licensing and Privileging:

• License: An active Pennsylvania state license or an IMLC membership is required.
• Willing to License: No
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: 30 days
