Shift Details:

• Schedule Details: 7am - 24-hour call
• Procedures:
  • Vasectomy
  • Vasectomy reversal (not mandatory)
  • Cystoscopy in OR
  • Prostate procedures
  • Ureteroscopy in OR
  • Penile implants (rare)
  • Lithotripsy
  • Circumcision (rare occasions)
  • Orchiopexy
• Certifications Needed: DEA Controlled Substance Registration Certificate
• Patient Population/Case Load: Patient Population/Age: Over 18 with the exception of a emergency torsion that would present during call
• Case Mix: Hospital setting
• Department Description: They mix cysto/ stent procedures with office visits usually around 24-28 patients could be less unless there is an urgent need should not be more.
• EMR in Use: Epic

Licensing and Privileging:

• License: An active Pennsylvania state license or an IMLC membership is required.
• Willing to License: No
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: 90 days
