• Procedures: The clinical scope explicitly includes some Chronic Pain Management.
• Certifications Needed: BLS; DEA Controlled Substance Registration Certificate
• Patient Population/Case Load: 16 patients per shift; a mix of Pediatric and Adult patients
• Case Mix: 100% Outpatient Clinic
• Day to Day Details: Chart closure must be completed within 72 hours of the encounter.
• EMR in Use: Epic

Licensing Details:

• License: An active California state license is required.
• Willing to License: No
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: 60 days
