• Certifications Needed: BLS; DEA Controlled Substance Registration Certificate
• Patient Population/Case Load: Expected to see 16 to 18 patients per day. 50% Pediatric / 50% Adult. The provider must be comfortable seeing patients of all ages.
• Case Mix: 100% Outpatient Clinic
• Day to Day Details: Chart closure must be completed within 72 hours of the encounter.
• EMR in Use: Epic
• Additional Note: The provider must be willing to commit to a minimum of 3 months with the option to extend. The facility notes there are no exceptions to this rule.
