Shift Details:

  • Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Providers will work a rotating call schedule alongside current permanent staff. The provider on call is expected to assist in the clinic during the day for urgent matters.
• Number of Shifts Needed per Month: The facility is seeking 10 to 14-day stretches of coverage. Additional dates will be needed on a monthly basis as the site finalizes their full 2027 schedule.
• Certifications Needed: ACLS; ATLS; BLS; DEA Controlled Substance Registration Certificate; PALS
• Patient Population/Case Load: 15-20 patients per shift
• Number of Deliveries per Year: 238
• Number of Deliveries per Month: Approximately 30 to 40 deliveries per month
• Case Mix: Combined Outpatient Clinic and Inpatient Call
• Support Staff (Clinic): 1 Permanent Provider, 3 Nurse Practitioners (NPs), plus dedicated nursing support.
• Reason for Coverage: Extra Volume
• EMR in Use: Athenahealth; MEDITECH
• Additional Note: The hospital does not have a NICU. High-risk neonatal patients are Life-Flighted to higher-acuity centers
