Shift Details

- Schedule Details: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (or 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM).
- Patient Population/Case Load: Approximately 22 patients per shift
- Case Mix: 100% Outpatient Clinic
- Trauma Level: Level 2
- Seeking two (2) providers to assist in the clinic. Each provider must consistently commit to at least 2 weeks of coverage per month.
Licensing and Privileging
- License: An active Washington state license or an IMLC membership is required.
- Willing to License: No
- Estimated Privileging Timeline: 90 days
