    • Weekend Beeper Call: 7 AM - 7 AM (1 weekend of 24-hour call expected per month)
  • Procedures: In-office procedures, minor GYN / OR surgeries, and emergency GYN management (e.g., emergency ectopic cases)
  • Certifications Needed: Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Patient Population/Case Load: 18-20 patients per shift; low volume expected (0–2 deliveries per 24-hour call shift; some shifts may have zero deliveries)
  • Case Mix: Combined Inpatient and Outpatient (Clinic & Call)
  • Trauma Level: Level 2

Licensing Details:

  • License: An active Oregon state license or an IMLC membership is required.
  • Willing to License: No
  • Estimated Privileging Timeline: 30 days

Practice details

  • Shift pattern: Shift+Call
  • Setting: M, T, TH, F (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Weeknight Beeper Call: 5p-7a (5 weekday call shifts per month; billed at regular rate during day clinic, night call rate during call). Weekend Beeper Call:7a-7a(1 weekend of 24-hour call expected per month).

IMLC Preference is for 1 full-time provider, but the facility will consider 2 providers sharing coverage (e.g., 1 week on / 1 week off or 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off). Dual OB and GYN privileges are required for this site.
