Shift Details:

• Requested Date of Coverage and Schedule: 5 OR days per month, 7 clinic days per month
• Schedule Details:
  • Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
  • OR Hours: 7:30 AM – 3:30 or 4:00 PM
• Number of Shifts Needed per Month: 12
• Procedures: General ENT, preferred experience with parathyroid and Cochlear™ Baha
• Patient Population/Case Load:
  • Clinic: 26-27 patients per day
  • Surgeries: 6 per day
• Patient Population/Age: All ages in clinic; surgery for outpatient is all ages, if admitted, transferred to York
• Case Mix: Special Procedures: General ENT
• Practice Setting: Clinic and Hospital

Additional Information:

• License: An active Pennsylvania state license or an IMLC membership is required.
• Willing to License: Yes
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: 60 days
