Shift Details

- Schedule Details: Monday – Thursday (8-hour clinical days). 1 day per week is strictly reserved for On-Treatment Visits (OTVs).
- Number of Shifts Needed per Month: 4 days per week (filling a 0.6 FTE vacancy)
- Patient Population/Case Load: 7-12 follow-up patients and 12-15 active treatment patients per shift. Mix of new patient consults, follow-ups, add-ons, and urgent visits.
- Case Mix: Practice Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient
- Trauma Level: Level 3
Licensing Details
- License: An active Ohio state license or an IMLC membership is required.
- Willing to License: No
- Estimated Privileging Timeline: 30 days

Day to day
Is Hospital Stroke Certified?: Yes If the primary physician is out of the office, the locum's schedule may be shifted (e.g., to Tuesday – Friday) or temporarily expanded to 5 days. If expanded to 5 days, the provider will receive an additional day off the following week to ensure they do not exceed 8 working days per pay period. Treatment & Simulation Equipment: Siemens SomaTom CT Simulator (2015) Varian TrueBeam w/ CBCT, VMAT, & The Edge SRS Package (includes Vision RT/OSMS) (2015) Varian Trilogy w/ CBCT & VMAT (2015) Elekta-Nucletron HDR with Oncentra Core Department Staff: 1 Clinical Manager (RTT) 1.6 Radiation Oncologists (Locum is filling the 0.6 vacancy) 2 Full-Time Physicists (Currently 1 vacancy) 2 Full-Time CMDs (Medical Dosimetrists) 5.4 Staff RTTs (Radiation Therapists) 1.6 Full-Time RNs (OCN) and 0.6 MST
