Shift Details

  • Schedule Details: 7-on / 7-off. Day shifts only, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Night Coverage: Tele-Neurology (V-Neuro) handles all night coverage from 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM every night.
  • Procedures: General inpatient neurological consults and stroke management. The ability to perform nerve conduction studies / EMGs is considered a strong plus.
  • Patient Population/Case Load: 10-15 patients per shift
  • Case Mix: Inpatient
  • Trauma Level: Level 2

Licensing Details

  • License: An active Missouri state license is required.
  • Willing to License: No
  • Estimated Privileging Timeline: 30 days

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Neurology Hospitalist to join our team in Missouri. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who is board eligible and has a passion for providing high-quality neurological care. The ideal candidate will have experience in inpatient settings and be comfortable managing stroke cases. Proficiency in performing nerve conduction studies and EMGs is a plus.

Day to day

Is Hospital Stroke Certified?: Yes Rounding: Assigned Patients Support Staff: Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) provide support Monday through Friday, with the potential for weekend APP coverage as well.
