Shift Details

• Estimated Start Date: November 2, 2026
• Requested Date of Coverage and Schedule: 6 months contract
• Schedule Details: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, 8-9 hours per day
• Number of Shifts Needed per Month: Full-time preferred, would be interested in 2-3 weeks a month
• Float: Potential 1-2 days a week
• Procedures: Majority of the work is diabetes care. Any prior experience with CGM analysis and/or insulin pump management would be ideal, but not absolutely necessary; no other procedures done.
• Patient Population/Case Load: 20-25 patients per day; All outpatient care, with low-moderate acuity level
• Case Mix: Experience in using EPIC would be ideal

Additional Information

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner specializing in Endocrinology to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diabetes care and be comfortable managing a patient load of 20-25 patients per day. Experience with continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) analysis and insulin pump management is a plus, as is familiarity with the EPIC electronic medical record system.

This is a locum tenens position with a 6-month contract, offering a full-time schedule with the possibility of working 2-3 weeks per month. The role is based in New York, and candidates must be board certified.
