Additional Information
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team in Michigan. This is a locum tenens opportunity with ongoing availability. The ideal candidate will be board eligible and possess an MD/DO credential. You will be working in an inpatient setting with a patient load of approximately 20,000 visits per year. Night shifts are the primary need, and you will be scheduled for 6–8 shifts per month, likely in consecutive blocks.

Day to day
Core Responsibilities: General Emergency Department coverage and ER Provider Code response. Admissions: Hospitalists manage all inpatient admissions. Are newborn deliveries received in the ED?: true Is there a L&D department?: true Physician Shift Times: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Primary Night Shift) 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM APC Shift Times (Physicians eligible to cover): 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
