- License: An active Maine state license or an IMLC membership is required.

Day to day
Reason for Coverage: Backfilling a locum who resigned Number of Anesthesiologists in Practice: 4 Will the Locum Tenens Physician be Responsible for Preparing the Anesthesia Cart? Pre-op population of Epic Description of OR Staff: Congenial, professional and helpful staff They run three anesthesia sites per day (includes OR's and endoscopy rooms)

Call
Week night call is 7a - 4pm every third night, flexible. Weekend call is 24 hours. Weekend call is one weekend per month (1:4) Call Ratio: every third, flexible

ASAP - Ongoing Ideally looking for Full-Time candidates but will review candidates offering less than full-time
