• Schedule Details: Standard 5, Day (24 Hours) 8:00 - 8:00
• Procedures Required: Ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, flexible cystoscopy
• Preferred Procedures: TRUS biopsy, in-clinic vasectomy
• Patient Population/Case Load: 20 patients per day in clinic
• Case Mix: Surgeries (OR): 3–4 per week
• Trauma Level: Level 1
• Disposable flexible cystoscopes available

Licensing and Privileging:

• License: An active Arizona state license or an IMLC membership is required.
• Willing to License: Yes
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: 90 days
