Shift Details:
- Estimated Start Date: October 19, 2026
- Requested Date of Coverage and Schedule: Facility is looking for a provider who can cover 2 weekends/month and the following Monday/Tuesday.
- Schedule Details:
- Monday/Tuesday: 8 AM - 5 PM on site and then night call after until 8 AM
- Weekends: Generally 6 hours of rounding starting at 8 AM. Once provider finishes rounding, they'll be on call until 8 AM the following day
- Patient Population/Case Load: Adolescents; Patients per day: 6-12
Licensing and Privileging:
- License: An active California state license is required.
- Willing to License: Yes
- Estimated Privileging Timeline: 60-90 days

Day to day
For night call there is an expectation that they will need to place admission orders for anyone accepting that will arrive during that shift as well
Practice details
- Not solo coverage
- Shift pattern: Day;Night
- Setting: Monday/Tuesday: 8a-5p on site and then night call after until 8a; Weekends: Generally 6 hrs of rounding starting at 8am. Once provider finishes rounding, they'll be on call until 8am the following day
