Shift Details

• Estimated Start Date: November 1, 2026
• Requested Date of Coverage and Schedule: ASAP - Ongoing
• Schedule Details: Outpatient clinic coverage on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Optional night call and optional weekend 24-hour call.
• Procedures: Hematology outpatient care, Oncology outpatient care, Participation in tumor board
• Certifications Needed: Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
• Patient Population/Case Load: Average of 15–20 outpatient clinic patients per day; 100% Adult
• Case Mix: Outpatient
• Practice Setting & Support: Join an established Oncology and Hematology outpatient clinic, previously a two-physician practice with NP assistance. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced physician to provide exceptional care to our patients.
• Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years in Hematology/Oncology practice.

Licensing and Privileging

• License: An active Wisconsin state license is required.
• Willing to License: No
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: 60-90 days
