- Procedures: General, ENT with peds, GYN, OB, plastics, endoscopy, urology, ortho, vascular, cardiothoracic, and neuro. Vascular, neuro, and thoracic experience preferred. OB optional. Opportunity to perform regional blocks and epidurals if desired. Trauma and cardiac cases are covered by staff CRNAs.
- Certifications Needed: CRNA Certification
- Patient Population/Case Load: Adult and pediatric cases; pediatrics not required but helpful. Approximately 40 anesthesia cases/day, including endoscopy. Individual CRNA volume varies by assignment; examples include 10–15 GI cases, 6–8 cystoscopies, or 3–4 general cases.
- Case Mix: Facility Type: Hospital; also includes a CRNA-led endoscopy center.
- Trauma Level: Level 2
Additional Information:
- License: An active Pennsylvania state license is required.

- Estimated Privileging Timeline: 3–4 weeks, provided the provider completes all required documents. Orientation is scheduled for the first day of the assignment.

Day to day
Occasional/rare late stay may be needed but is not required. Support staff: 4 anesthesiologists/day; 15–18 CRNAs/day; no AAs. CRNAs work under anesthesiologist medical direction at no more than a 4:1 ratio. Practice Setting: 11 ORs, 2 hospital GI suites, 3 GI suites at the CRNA-led endo center, bronchoscopy lab, and cath lab.
