Practice details
- Not solo coverage
- Shift pattern: Day
Case mix
- Types of Cases: General surgery, OB/GYN, GI, Ortho, and occasionally CathLlab. No hearts or neuro.
Call
2 weeks no call, 3rd week float, take call Call is Off-Site Beeper Call with hourly call back if provider is called back in. Weekdays are 3p-7a and weekends/holidays are 24 hours.

- Active state license required
- Estimated privileging: 30 days Emergency Privileges available Clean Files ONLY
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- NPDB Report certification
