Shift Details

• Schedule Details:
  • Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
  • Operating Room: 7:30 AM - 3:30 or 4:00 PM
  • 5 OR days per month, 7 clinic days per month
  • 24-hour call from Dec 23 (7 AM) to Dec 29 (7 AM)
• Procedures: General ENT, preferred comfort with parathyroid and Cochlear™ Baha
• Patient Population/Case Load:
  • Clinic: 26-27 patients per day
  • Surgeries: 6 per day
  • 24-hour call: 0-2 hours callback
• Patient Demographics: Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
• Case Mix: Special Procedures: General ENT, preferred comfort with parathyroid and Cochlear™ Baha
• Practice Setting: Clinic and Hospital

Licensing and Privileging

• License: An active Pennsylvania state license or an IMLC membership is required.
• Willing to License: No
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: 60 days
