Shift Details:

- Schedule Details: Standard 5, Night (8 Hours) 19:00 - 7:00, Mon-Fri 8a-5p
- Number of Shifts Needed per Month: 1 week
- Procedures: Insulin pump management, Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) management, supervision of the infusion center performing stimulation testing and other endocrine diagnostic tests
- Certifications Needed: Relevant certifications in Pediatric Endocrinology
- Patient Population/Case Load: Outpatient clinic management, video visits, inpatient consults, and hospital rounding
- Case Mix: Diverse case mix including outpatient and inpatient care
Licensing Details:
- License: An active California state license is required.

Day to day
Flexible model—generally consists of a half-day of clinic daily (video visits are an option) paired with inpatient rounding.
Practice details
- Not solo coverage
- Shift pattern: Day
- Setting: Standard 5, Night (8 Hours) 19:00 - 7:00. 1 week per month, Mon-Fri 8a-5p, weeknight and weekend call
Case mix
- Procedural Expectations:
Call
On Call required 24/7 call during the coverage week (weeknight and weekend call support for ER, NICU, PICU, and inpatient hospitalists). Callbacks are expected to be low/unlikely under this updated single-physician coverage model.

They would cover a week at a time, in general, including half a day of clinic, rounding in the hospital, and availability for weeknight and weekend call coverage (from ER, NICU, PICU, inpatient hospitalists, etc.)
Licensing & requirements
- Active state license required
- Estimated privileging: 60-90
- Minimum 2 years' experience
- NPDB Report certification
