  • Procedures: Splinting/casting, fracture reductions, and injections
  • Patient Population/Case Load: Strictly trauma-related cases and emergent consults. No elective procedures.
  • Case Mix: Inpatient, Outpatient; Outpatient clinic coverage, inpatient rounding, and ED call consults/rounding
  • Trauma Level: Level 2

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner specializing in Orthopedic Surgery to join our team in Georgia. This locum tenens position offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on trauma-related cases. Day to day

Admissions Required?: Yes Is Hospital Stroke Certified?: Yes Rounding: Both First Assist: No First Assist duties required. Provider Team: 2 Physicians and 2 APPs (1 APP position is currently vacant). Clinic Support: Supported by 2 Medical Assistants (MAs) in the outpatient clinic. Hospital Support: Full nursing staff coverage in both the inpatient units and Emergency Department.
