- Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Clinic is closed daily for lunch from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Patient Population/Case Load: The provider must be willing and able to manage a high volume of patients efficiently.
- Case Mix: Primarily outpatient clinic coverage with inpatient duties including hospital rounding and occasional hospital consults for established clinic patients admitted to the hospital.
Licensing and Privileging
- License: An active Arizona state license or an IMLC membership is required.
- Willing to License: No
- Estimated Privileging Timeline: Expedited privileging for clean history
