Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled OBGYN Physician to join our team in a hospital-based 12-bed Obstetrics Emergency Department in Missouri. This locum tenens position offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will provide critical care to patients with acute OB/GYN complaints. The ideal candidate will be board eligible, possess MD/DO credentials, and have experience in diagnosing and treating ectopic pregnancies.

Day to day
Admissions Required?: Yes Is Hospital Stroke Certified?: Yes Are newborn deliveries received in the ED?: false Is there a L&D department?: true APP Support: APPs (PAs, NPs, and Certified Nurse Midwives) work 12–18 hours per day alongside the physician to manage patient flow across the 12 beds. Nursing & Ancillary Staff: RNs: 2–3 RNs depending on time of day (2 in triage, 2–3 in back of unit). Sonographer: On-site 18 hours per day. ED Tech: On-site 12 hours per day.

No call. All shifts are worked, scheduled in-house coverage.

ASAP - Ongoing 30–40 shifts per month (the facility will accept multiple locum providers to fill the schedule).
