This is an excellent opportunity for a Board Certified OBGYN Physician to join a dynamic team in Missouri. The position involves providing emergency call and patient consults in an inpatient setting. The ideal candidate will be available for blocks of 7 consecutive 24-hour days, though shorter durations may be considered. Day to day
Admissions Required?: Yes Is Hospital Stroke Certified?: Yes Rounding: Assigned Patients Laborist Model: No laborist on site. Primarily solo physician coverage. For extended contracts (>1 week), an option exists where a midwife takes primary call with the locum physician providing backup call (midwife backup support is available as scheduled). Anesthesia & Airway: 24/7 CRNA and 24/7 Respiratory Therapy (RT) support. Surgical Support: 1st Assist Surgical RN and 1 OB Tech. Nursing & Unit Support: Minimum 2 L&D RNs (scaled up based on volume/acuity) and 2 NICU staff.
