Shift Details:

- Schedule Details: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call. Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (includes a 1-hour lunch break). Hospital Call (1:4 Rotation): Weekly block running from Friday at 07:30 to the following Friday at 07:30.
- Number of Shifts Needed per Month: Providers willing to cover 2–3 weeks per month, or agencies that can pair two locums to build full-time coverage.
- Procedures: Bone marrow biopsies are strictly required.
- Certifications Needed: Experience with and documentation for post-Autologous Stem Cell Transplant and post-CAR-T Cell Therapy patients.
- Patient Population/Case Load: 15 Patients Per Shift
- Case Mix: Inpatient, Outpatient
- Trauma Level: Level 2

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hematology/Oncology Physician to join our team in Wisconsin. Day to day
Is Hospital Stroke Certified?: Yes Rounding: Both Excellent support from RNs, Medical Assistants (MAs), patient navigators, and dedicated infusion RNs. Each provider supervises their own patients. Call Responsibilities: Taking phone calls (rarely called in physically), covering acute leukemic patients, and managing inpatient chemotherapy patients. Daily rounding required for 1–2 hours each day (Monday – Sunday). Additional weekday afternoon rounding is required from 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM (1600–1700). Clinic Call: Shared weekday call focused primarily on taking add-on consults and supervising chemotherapy patients for other providers who are out of the office.
