Shift Details:
- Estimated Start Date: September 21, 2026
- Requested Date of Coverage and Schedule: 3–6 month assignment with possible extension
- Schedule Details:
- 10-hour shift, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
- Vacation coverage: 8-hour shift, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Occasional/rare late stay may be needed but is not required
- Procedures: General, ENT with peds, GYN, OB, plastics, endoscopy, urology, ortho, vascular, cardiothoracic, and neuro. Vascular, neuro, and thoracic experience preferred. OB optional. Opportunity to perform regional blocks and epidurals if desired. Trauma and cardiac cases are covered by staff CRNAs.
- Patient Population/Case Load: Adult and pediatric cases; pediatrics not required; Avg. Daily Census: Approximately 40 anesthesia cases/day, including endoscopy. Individual CRNA volume varies by assignment; examples include 10–15 GI cases, 6–8 cystoscopies, or 3–4 general cases.
- Case Mix: Practice Setting: 11 ORs, 2 hospital GI suites, 3 GI suites at the CRNA-led endo center, bronchoscopy lab, and cath lab.
Additional Information:
- License: An active Pennsylvania state license is required.

- Estimated Privileging Timeline: 3–4 weeks, provided the provider completes all required documents. Orientation is scheduled for the first day of the assignment.
