  • Procedures: Combined Emergency Medicine (EM) and Urgent Care (UC) department. Provider will manage a wide variety of patients, seeing both UC and EM cases.
  • Patient Population/Case Load: 12-20 patients per shift
  • Case Mix: Inpatient
  • Trauma Level: Level 2

Licensing and Privileging

  • License: An active Wisconsin state license is required.
  • Willing to License: Yes
