- Schedule Details: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Procedures: Port access (performed by RNs), Radiation oncology coordination (navigator assists)
- Patient Population/Case Load: Adults; Average 15 patients/day with 2 new patients/day
- Case Mix: 2/3 Oncology, 1/3 Hematology

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hematology/Oncology Physician to join our team in Pennsylvania. Day to day
Support hospitals with inpatient & ER consultation/patient care guidance related to Hem/Onc. Otherwise, typically no daily rounding on patients. Clinic 8-430. May take secure chats from hospital during clinic hours. Inpatient consult before/after clinic. Clinic Hours: 20 minutes for Pre-Treat (pt's being seen before treatment) and for established follow ups. 40 minutes for New Hem consults and Hospital follow ups (if needed) 60 minutes for Hew Oncology consults Providers also cover as a supervising provider for a morning and an afternoon each week. This role covers urgent patient needs for providers not in the office that day

- Setting: Mon-Fri 8a-4:30 pm
Case mix
- Oncology vs hematology breakdown: 2/3 onc, 1/3 hematology
- Types of cases typically seen: typical lung, breast, protate, colorectal , and some outliers (community center), some blood cancers sent out. DO not provide inpatient chemo. Targeted therapies onboarded at tertiary center typically.

- Lumbar punctures: no
- Port access: yes, RNs complete this work
- Will provider perform BMT consults or care: no
- Radiation oncology coordination required: yes, navigator assists with this
Call
