Shift Details

  • Schedule Details: 5x8s full-time inpatient and outpatient (clinic 2-3 days per week) and remainder inpatient. 5 days per week OR will consider 3 days per week (MUST be able to support Tuesdays and Thursdays)
  • Number of Shifts Needed per Month: Full-time
  • Procedures: Broad procedural mix including spine injections, joint injections, RFA, Botox, migraine management, ultrasound-guided procedures, and integrated neuropsychology/cognitive testing
  • Certifications Needed: Relevant certifications for procedures
  • Patient Population/Case Load: Clinic: 15-17 per day, Hospital (rounding) + consults: 5-7 per day
  • Case Mix: Special procedures or skills/unit details: spinals and neuro/head trauma

Licensing Details

  • License: An active North Carolina state license or an IMLC membership is required.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician to join our team in North Carolina. This locum tenens position offers a unique opportunity to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings, providing comprehensive care to adult patients. The ideal candidate will be board certified and proficient in a broad range of procedures, including spine and joint injections, RFA, Botox, and migraine management. Experience with ultrasound-guided procedures and neuropsychology/cognitive testing is highly desirable.

Day to day

Support staff: Inpatient setting x6 RNs, PT team of 4, plus admin team …clinic 1 RN and 4 CMAs
