Shift Details

- Schedule Details: 5x8s full-time inpatient and outpatient (clinic 2-3 days per week) and remainder inpatient. 5 days per week OR will consider 3 days per week (MUST be able to support Tuesdays and Thursdays)
- Number of Shifts Needed per Month: Full-time
- Procedures: Broad procedural mix including spine injections, joint injections, RFA, Botox, migraine management, ultrasound-guided procedures, and integrated neuropsychology/cognitive testing
- Certifications Needed: Relevant certifications for procedures
- Patient Population/Case Load: Clinic: 15-17 per day, Hospital (rounding) + consults: 5-7 per day
- Case Mix: Special procedures or skills/unit details: spinals and neuro/head trauma
Licensing Details
- License: An active North Carolina state license or an IMLC membership is required.

Support staff: Inpatient setting x6 RNs, PT team of 4, plus admin team …clinic 1 RN and 4 CMAs
