Shift Details:

• Schedule Details: 7 days on / 7 days off (Full-time coverage, 14 shifts per month minimum). 12-hour inpatient shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM). Nightly Overnight Beeper Call following the daily shift.
• Number of Shifts Needed per Month: 14
• Procedures: Ureteroscopy with Laser Lithotripsy, Shockwave Lithotripsy (ESWL)
• Certifications Needed: Must be comfortable and skilled in performing a wide range of urological procedures
• Patient Population/Case Load: 15 Patients Per Shift
• Case Mix: Inpatient

Licensing and Privileging:

• License: An active Washington State license or an IMLC membership is required.
• Willing to License: No
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: 90 days

Job Description:

We are seeking 1–2 consistent Urology Physicians for a 7 on / 7 off block schedule for the foreseeable future until full-time staff is hired. This is an excellent opportunity for board-eligible physicians who are skilled in performing a wide range of urological procedures, including Ureteroscopy with Laser Lithotripsy and Shockwave Lithotripsy (ESWL). The position offers a balanced work schedule with 12-hour inpatient shifts and nightly overnight beeper call following the daily shift.
