- Hospital Surgical: Prostate & BPH Interventions, Oncology & Reconstructive Surgery, Endourology & General Urology, Neuromodulation & Functional Urology, General Surgery Support
- Patient Population/Case Load: 15-20 patients per shift
- Case Mix: Inpatient, Outpatient
Licensing and Privileging
- License: An active Ohio state license or an IMLC membership is required.
- Willing to License: No
- Estimated Privileging Timeline: 90 days

Day to day
Admissions Required?: Yes Rounding: Assigned Patients Clinic Facilities: 6 Exam Rooms, 2 Procedure Rooms, and 1 Urodynamic Study (UDS) Room. Clinic Staffing Support: 2 Nurse Practitioners (NPs) 3 Medical Office Assistants (MOAs) 6 Clinical Support Staff 1 Surgery Scheduler 1 UDS Technician In-Office Medical Equipment: UDS Machine 2 Cystoscopy Monitors 3–4 Rigid Cystoscopes & 8 Flexible Cystoscopes Disposable Cystoscopes with 2 Monitors and a Bovie unit Ultrasound Machine with 1 Vaginal/Rectal Probe and Trophon Disinfection System

- Practice Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient
- In-Office Procedures: Vasectomy, Prostate Biopsies, Cystoscopy with Stent Removal, and Prostate Ultrasounds. (In-office procedure volume varies).
- Hospital Surgical Procedures:
- Prostate & BPH Interventions: Aquablation, GreenLight Laser Prostate, HIFU, Optilume, SpaceOAR / Fiducial Marker Placement, TURP, Urolift, and Cryoablation (Prostate/Kidney).
- Oncology & Reconstructive Surgery: Radical / Partial Nephrectomy, Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy (PCNL), Orchiectomy, Abdominal Sacrocolpopexy, Cystocele, Rectocele Repair, Mid-Urethral Sling, Urethral Bulking, Penile Plication, and Penile Prosthesis.
- Endourology & General Urology: Ureteroscopy with Laser Lithotripsy, Cystoscopy, Hydrocelectomy, Spermatocelectomy, Circumcision, Suprapubic Catheter Insertion, Vasectomy, and Laser Lithotripsy.
- Neuromodulation & Functional Urology: Interstim Stage I & Stage II, and Percutaneous Nerve Evaluation (PNE).
- General Surgery Support: Hernia Repairs.
