• Certifications Needed: Current certifications in Emergency Medicine
• Patient Population/Case Load: 20-25 patients per shift; Annual Volume: ~40,000 visits per year
• Case Mix: Outpatient
• Trauma Level: Level 3

Licensing and Privileging:

• License: An active Oklahoma state license or an IMLC membership is required.
• Willing to License: No
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: 90 days
